RETURNS POLICY AND PROCESS
Please read the following information carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of the restrictions within this policy and our obligations to you:
WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OF OPENED PRODUCTS UNLESS THE DRIVE IS DEFECTIVE, AND ANY SUCH RETURNS MUST OCCUR WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER.
You must contact Xtra-PC at [email protected] to receive an RMA# for any return of a defective or unopened product. Returns received without an RMA# will not be processed.
ONLY RETURNS OF PRODUCT WITH AN RMA# AND EITHER IN ORIGINAL, UNOPENED, NEW CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL PARTS AND PACKAGING, OR ACTUALLY DEFECTIVE WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF THE PRODUCT SEAL IS BROKEN, OR OUR TESTS SHOW THAT THE DRIVE IS NOT DEFECTIVE, THEN NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Any other address will be undeliverable and no refund will be processed.
Your return must be received within 30 days of original shipment date. Returns received after 30 days of original shipment date will not be processed and no refund will be issued. Please note that shipment times and any delays do count in the 30 days for the money back guarantee. If your package takes 30 days to arrive then you will be outside of the 30 day money back guarantee window. Please take this into consideration when you order.
You must include your order number, name and email of person who bought Xtra-PC, and shipping address. Returns that do not include this specific information will not be processed and no refund will be issued.
All returns must have proper amount of postage. Packages with insufficient postage will be returned to sender and no refund processed. The customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit.
Once your return is received, inspected and accepted, if it meets the return restrictions noted above, we will apply a credit to the payment method that was used to originally purchase the item and notify you via email that your return was processed. Allow up to 30 days to receive the return credit. If the USB drive is defective then an exchange will be shipped. Xtra-PC will be the sole determiner if the drive is defective. Your individual inability to use Xtra-PC does not constitute a defect and no exchange will be provided for any results based on user error or inability to use the product.
Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e.g. state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
For shipments refused by the recipient for any reason (except where authorized by Xtra-PC), or for shipments returned to Xtra-PC for non-payment of Customs Duties and Taxes, product and shipping charges are non-refundable.
