All shipments are sent via USPS.
Shipment times are 2 business days in transit typical for US destinations, 7 business days to Canada, 2-6 weeks other international destinations. Tracking is provided by USPS as noted below.
International shipping: All non USA shipments are shipped via USPS First Class International.
International Customs Fees + Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. We have no advance knowledge of such fees, cannot manipulate the values, and cannot pay potential fees for you. You are are responsible for any importation costs that may arise.
Most First Class International packages are delivered within 1-4 weeks, however, some packages have been delayed by an additional 2-6 weeks (over 95% of our First Class International shipments arrive in less than 4 weeks). To minimize delays, be sure to provide an accurate shipping address and telephone number! Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
We cannot call your country's customs or postal service trying to look for your package so please don't ask about this. If you feel your package is late, check with your local post office and customs office.
Please note that shipment times and any delays do count in the 30 days for the money back guarantee. If your package takes 30 days to arrive then you will be outside of the 30 day money back guarantee window. Please take this into consideration when you order.

Tracking for USA Shipments:
Customers can view tracking information using the USPS Delivery Confirmation or UPS Tracking number provided by our automated Shipment confirmation e-mail.
Tracking for International Shipments:
Customers can view tracking information using the USPS Customs ID provided by our automated Shipment confirmation e-mail.
USPS Tracking Explained
The United States Postal Service (USPS) provides a "Customs ID" for all shipments travelling outside of the United States. Basic tracking is only available to select countries via USPS First Class International. You will receive an automated email from us with this customs number, which will allow you to view package acceptance (proof of shipment) and a few tracking points in the United States. Please understand that tracking stops for most shipments after the package departs the USA from an international postal hub. Your country's postal service will not be able to track the package!
USPS First Class International packages have a customs ID in the form of L##########US. Most of these packages can be tracked within the United States only. After the package departs the nearest international postal hub, tracking stops because the receiving country treats L##########US Customs IDs as normal mail. These barcodes are rarely traceable and your post office may have no record of the package.
